Q: What is included in conference attendance?

A: Sponsors who are invited to join us at Rev 2025 based on their level are welcome to attend all General Sessions and evening events, as well as a reception with the RaceTrac Executive Leadership team and our Innovation Acceleration/Sponsor Showcase event. Rooms at the Omni are available on a first come, first served basis.  

 

Q: What is included to support my Sponsor Showcase exhibit?  

A: We will provide a highboy with 2 stools, a 6’ table for materials, power, and WiFi. We are happy to work with sponsors who have special requests.

 

Q: Can I bring swag or products to distribute during the Sponsor Showcase exhibit?   

A: Yes – sponsors are welcome to bring giveaways!

 

Q: What is the deadline for a sponsorship commitment?

A: There is so much planning to do that we request your commitment no later than Friday, December 6th.

 

Q: How can I pay for my sponsorship? 

A: We are happy to accept payment by ACH or check. At this time, we cannot accept credit cards. For any specific needs in terms of payment, please work with the Rev planning team.

Q: How can I register my company for Rev 2025?

A: Please reach out to Rev@racetrac.com to confirm your sponsorship. RaceTrac will work with all confirmed sponsors to register your company and help with your booth.
